What Your Deposit Covers

This initial fee secures your place in our production queue and kicks off the intake logistics. Your deposit includes:

  • Pre-paid Inbound Shipping: We generate and email you a trackable shipping label to mail your physical part to our lab.

  • High-Resolution 3D Scanning: Digital capture of your part’s exact physical geometry using professional optical scanners.

  • Digital Mesh Repair: If your original part is cracked, chipped, or broken into a couple of pieces, we will digitally stitch it back together and reconstruct the missing geometry in our design software.

  • Interactive 3D Preview: We build a private, hidden link on our store just for you, where you can inspect your digital 3D model spinning in 360 degrees before we press print.

How the Process Works

[1. Buy Deposit] ➔ [2. Mail Your Part] ➔ [3. We Scan & Repair] ➔ [4. Approve Quote] ➔ [5. Print & Ship]
  1. Secure Your Slot: Complete your purchase of this deposit product.

  2. Print Your Label: Check your email inbox. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Box up your broken or sample part, securely tape the label to the box, and drop it in the mail.

  3. We Digitize & Repair: Once your package arrives at our facility, we scan the component and clean up the digital file to ensure it is perfectly optimized for manufacturing.

  4. Choose Your Material & Approve: We will email you a private, secure link to your model. You’ll see the exact printing cost instantly. From there, you can choose your preferred material—such as standard high-strength filaments or our premium PETG Matte for a durable, glare-free, professional finish.

  5. Final Delivery: Once the printing balance is paid, we manufacture your brand-new replica and ship it straight to your door, safely returning your original part right along with it.

Important Service Notes

  • The deposit covers scanning, reverse engineering, and inbound logistics. The physical material, print time, and outbound return shipping of the final product will be calculated and invoiced in Step 4.

  • If a part is completely shattered into microscopic pieces or melted beyond recognition, it may not be eligible for scanning. If you are unsure, feel free to contact our support team with a photo of the broken item before purchasing your deposit.
